Kargo politikası

1.Order Processing:

  • Order Confirmation: Once a customer places an order and completes the payment, we will send a confirmation email stating that the order has been received and is being processed.
  • Order Processing Time: We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, typically within 1-3 business days. The order processing time may be subject to factors such as stock availability and holidays.
  • Order Updates: If there are any updates or delays regarding the order, we will communicate with the customer via email or phone.

 

2.Shipping:

  • Shipping Regions: We provide both domestic and international shipping services. Please provide the correct shipping address and contact information during checkout.
  • Shipping Methods: We offer a variety of shipping methods through our partner logistics providers, including standard express, special delivery and pick-up options. Please note that our default shipping method is sea freight shipping, other available delivery methods will be shown on the checkout page.
  • Shipping Time: Our default shipping method is ocean freight, normal shipping arrival time is about 40-60 working days. Estimated arrival times vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen. We will make every effort to ensure that orders are delivered within the estimated arrival time, but please understand that delays may occur under special circumstances.


3.Shipping Fees:

  • Fee Calculation: Shipping fees will be calculated based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method of the order. The shipping charges shown on the checkout page are not the final shipping charges and contact customer service for confirmation before the order is finalized.
  • Free Shipping Offers: We may provide free shipping offers when certain conditions are met, such as reaching a specific order amount.


4.Tracking and Notifications:

  • Order Tracking: We will provide an order tracking number so that customers can track the delivery status of their orders at any time. Customers can track their orders on our website or through the logistics partner's website.
  • Delivery Notifications: We will notify customers of order shipment and the estimated delivery time through email or SMS. Customers can also opt to receive real-time updates on the order status.
5.Returns and Refunds:
  • Return Policy:We accept returns without any reason within a certain
    period (e.g., 30 days). The returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged, with the original packaging and labels intact.
  • Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process the refund. The refund will be returned to the original payment method within a certain timeframe, which may vary depending on the payment channel.
